This original, late 1800’s drypoint etching by the renowned impressionist Renoir was given to us to re-frame, staying away from dated gilded and fussy frame mouldings.

We chose some beautifully grained American Black Walnut with a simple hand wax finish, conservation grade mount card and museum quality glass to fully protect the delicate paper artwork.

The walnut wood has a contemporary look while remaining classic with its natural wood tones and is now more suited to hang in a modern interior setting.
